Innovation for Health: Partnership building event

On 30th January 2018, the University of Surrey is holding a major partnership building event “Innovation for Health”.



Working together with SEHTA, invitations are being extended to companies interested in building collaborations with the University of Surrey to apply for forthcoming grant funding, particularly 2018 opportunities with NIHR i4i, Innovate UK and other funders.

Date: Tuesday 30th January 2018

Venue: School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Surrey, Manor Park, Guildford, GU2 7AL

Times: 09:30 – 15:00

Cost: FOC

Places will be limited, so please register your interest.  Applications will be reviewed and confirmed by email no later than 15th December.



The event will include presentations from top speakers on current research, as well as the opportunities available and the resources offered by the University. 1:1 sessions and sandpit groups will explore the best response to innovation needs and opportunities. There will also be an exhibition were you will have the opportunity to interact with researchers and companies attending the event.

To help bring about the best results a pump priming fund has been established offering funds (up to £5000) prior to the Event to help Academics and SMEs explore the possibilities of collaboration. See below for all the relevant information – Closing date Friday 8th December.
