Alex Leech

Head of Business Operations, Solace Pharmaceuticals

Alex is currently the Head of Business Operations at Solace Pharmaceuticals, predominantly responsible for the sound financial and operational management of the company.   

Before joining Solace Alex was part of a small team that led the global restructuring of Pfizer’s Development capability and held the position of Project Management Group Head for Pfizer in Europe.   

Prior to this, Alex spent eight years working for Ford Motor Company in a variety of operational, engineering and business management roles.  Alex has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex and an MBA from Henley Management College.  

Alex is married and has three daughters and enjoys playing cricket, cycling, good food and wine.
