Dr Christian Rohlff

CEO, Oxford Genome Sciences

Dr Christian Rohlff received his PhD from the Department of Pharmacology at Georgetown University and is founder of Oxford Genome Sciences (OGeS). After two appointments at the National Cancer Institute he joined Oxford GlycoSciences and was appointed Director of Proteome Research Collaboration in 2001. As manager of the Proteomics Division’s commercial collaborations he gained expertise in the implementation of clinical proteomics programmes to identify novel therapeutic protein targets and protein diagnostics with many pharmaceutical companies, the FDA and academic partners. As well as being the founder of OGeS, Dr. Rohlff is a founding member of the South East Health Technologies Alliance (SEHTA), which was established to promote innovation and international competitiveness in South-East England’s health technologies sector.
