Start:2 Sep 2008 - 09:00

End : 2 Sep 2008 - 17:00
The health provision marketplace is massive in size and significant incomplexity. There are a host of internal and external competing brands, a change in the commissioning environment, and all sorts of conflicting messages. The customer base is equally diverse, with widely contrasting awareness of, and demand for, new and existing healthcare services.
Suppliers to the NHS need to understand their commissioning customers within the service and their end user customers – the public.
This master class will explore this ever more challenging environment. Starting with an understanding of what marketing and brands mean in today’s NHS, it will then focus on customer/commissioner identification and b2b and b2c (business to business and business to customer) buying processes.
