PerformanceSense implements Performance Level Costing, a patient level costing (PLC) system in the UK. A PLC system discovers the true costs of a patient from the minute the patient turns up at the hospital till he is discharged. This includes: consultant costs, lab test costs, procedure costs, imaging test costs and overhead cost - management, electricity, maintenance, laundry, food etc.

This system helps the hospital negotiate prices with the NHS, understand their losses and define efficiency improvement plans, promote profitable procedures and many other benefits. The  company sells the product and supplies the services for implementation.

They are looking to recruit for the following:

• A consultant for account management, support & customer requirement analysis – For the Oxford JR project.
• A marketing & sales person with experience in selling software in the healthcare industry business
